It started with a single family recipe and a stubborn belief that bread should be made by hand. Every morning we mix, proof, and bake from scratch — no shortcuts, no day-old surprises.
By the time the sun is up, the shelves are lined with warm baguettes, buttery croissants, and cinnamon rolls that fill the whole block with their smell. We hope you'll follow your nose in.
