We started Elm Street Bakery with a simple idea: bread should be made by hand, one batch at a time, the way our grandparents taught us. Every morning the mixers turn, the ovens warm, and the whole block starts to smell like something wonderful.
From crusty sourdough and buttery croissants to celebration cakes decorated to order, everything you see in our case was made right here that day. No shortcuts — just good ingredients, patience, and a little flour on our aprons.
