Every morning starts in the dark. We mix, proof, and shape by hand, so the first loaves are cooling on the racks before the sun clears the rooftops on Elm Street.
We use real butter, unbleached flour, and slow-risen doughs — no shortcuts, no mixes. It's the way our family has always baked, and we think you can taste the difference in every bite.

Tuesday–Friday: 6:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
Monday: Closed (we rest our ovens)
