Prairie Creek, Illinois

Warm bread, sweet pastries, and a corner of Elm Street that feels like home

For three generations, our family has been up before dawn kneading dough and pulling golden loaves from the oven. Stop in for a flaky croissant, a cup of coffee for the walk to work, or a cake worthy of your biggest celebration.

Our Story

A family kitchen on Elm Street

It started with a well-loved recipe box and a stubborn belief that good bread should be made by hand. When our grandmother opened the doors on Elm Street, she baked everything herself before sunrise — and the neighbors came running for the smell alone.

Today we still mix, proof, and bake from scratch every single morning. The same worn wooden table, the same family recipes, the same open door. We're not just a bakery — we're the spot where first dates share a cinnamon roll and where the whole block gathers on Saturday mornings.
